Check if Slate is working

See at a glance whether a problem is on our side before you get in touch.

In the sidebar, open Settings, then the System status tab. Admins and Managers can see it.

• All systems operational means everything on our side is working.
• Issue detected means something isn't, and we'll already be looking at it.
• Last 24 hours shows bookings, cancellations, takings and waitlist joins, so you can see bookings are still coming in.

If something looks wrong and the status page says everything is fine, get in touch and tell us what you were doing when it happened.
