Slate is run by three of us. Glenn designs and builds it. Kieran runs the Scottish sauna business it was born in. Panos makes sure the right people hear about it.
It started inside Kieran’s studio: full weekends, a heavy gift card trade, and software that kept getting in the way. Glenn built something better, shaped around the actual days: the walk-ins, the waitlist, the gift cards, the closing up. Then we made it work for anyone who sells time.
Because we build every part of it ourselves, nothing gets lost between support and engineering. When you have a question, you talk to the people who made it. When something needs to change, it changes quickly.

Do my customers need to create an account?
No. They sign in with an email link or with Google and they’re booked. No password, no extra step to put them off.
Can I keep my own website?
Yes. Slate sits inside the site you already have, in your colours and your logo. Customers stay with you the whole way.
Can I bring my existing customers and bookings across?
Yes. If you’re moving from another system, we carry over your history, your customer list and any gift card balances, so you’re not starting from scratch.
Who will I be dealing with?
One of us, always. Glenn built Slate and looks after every studio on it. You get a direct line, not a ticket queue.
