Set up emails that send themselves

Welcome new customers and win back the ones who have gone quiet, automatically.

There are five automatic emails you can switch on. In the sidebar, open Marketing, then the Campaigns tab, and find them on the same page.

• Welcome new customers: once, a set number of days after someone's first visit. You choose the number.
• Win back lapsed customers: when someone hasn't been in for a while. You choose how long, and whether to try again later with Send again after.
• Pack expiry reminder: before a class pack runs out of time.
• Pack running low: when a pack is down to the number of sessions you choose.
• Membership ended: a set number of days after a membership ends, if they haven't rejoined.

Switching one on

1. Click Edit email to write it in your own words.
2. Click Send me a test to check it.
3. Set the timing, then switch it on and click Turn on to confirm.

Switching one on emails everyone who already matches the next morning (up to 200 a day), then only new people after that.

Automatic emails go out every morning. Each one goes once per customer, pack or membership, except win back, which can repeat if you set Send again after. Unsubscribed customers never get them.
