Customer accounts and signing in
What customers can do in their own account, and how they sign in without a password.
Customers don't have passwords. They click Email me a sign-in link and we email them a link that signs them straight in.
What customers can do in their account
- See their upcoming bookings, and Reschedule (once) or cancel them, depending on your booking rules.
- See their past bookings.
- See their class packs, and Buy more sessions.
- Manage their membership: cancel, resume, rejoin or update their card, and see their invoices.
- Choose whether they get your marketing emails.
For a link to give members, open Customers, then Memberships, then the Website tab.
