Create discount codes

Codes customers enter at checkout for money or a percentage off.

1. In the sidebar, open Marketing, then the Discounts tab. Admins and Managers can see it.
2. Click + New coupon.
3. Choose the Code customers will type, such as SUMMER10.
4. Under Discount type, choose Percentage off or Fixed amount off, and the amount.
5. If you like, set limits: Min spend (£), Max uses, Per customer, and the dates it's valid from and until.
6. Under Applies to, tick the locations, session types or trees it works for. Leave a group unticked and the code works for all of that group.
7. Make sure Switched on (customers can use this code) is on, then save.

Keeping track

Open a code to see how many times it's been used, how many uses are left and the most recent bookings that used it. Switch a code off with the On toggle in the list, or use Archive coupon to retire it for good.
