Find a customer and see their history

Look someone up, see their bookings, and manage their gift cards and emails.

In the sidebar, open Customers, then the Customers tab. Search by name or email, and click a column heading to sort by name, bookings or date joined. Customers are added automatically the first time they book or buy something.

A customer's profile

• Bookings: their bookings, newest first.
• Gift Cards: their cards, and Issue & email gift card to give them a new one.
• Emails: whether they get marketing emails, and the marketing emails you've sent them. If a customer asks you to stop, click Stop marketing emails (customer asked).
• Add to Session: book them in to a session.
