Glenn designs and builds Slate and looks after each studio on it. Ask a question and the reply comes from the person who can fix it.
Kieran runs Hot Tottie Saunas, a wood-fired sauna business on the shores of Loch Lomond. Full weekends, a busy gift card trade, walk-ins, weather cancellations, and booking software that kept getting in the way of all of it.
So Glenn built a replacement, one busy weekend at a time: the Saturday rush, the waitlist, the gift cards, the closing up. Slate ran the sauna first, and a feature only stayed if it made the day easier.
Then Panos joined to tell people about it, and we opened Slate up to other businesses like ours: saunas, yoga and pilates studios, and gyms.
The three of us do all of it, so the person who answers your email is the person who can fix the problem.
